Located in the prestigious Oceans Edge Estate, the beach and Palm Cove Esplanade are just a 10 minute walk across a scenic boardwalk which is also lit up at night. It offers the perfect tropical getaway to relax while still being able to enjoy all the restaurants and facilities of the local area. Palm Cove Village is a fun and relaxing beach front filled with café life, alfresco dining, boutiques and galleries. The open plan living, kitchen and dining area wrap around the heated saltwater swimming pool and open onto the alfresco dining area and separate gazebo for lounging and relaxation . Inside the fully air conditioned house, the master bedroom which is well placed away from the other bedrooms for added privacy, features a walk in robe and an extra large ensuite with double shower. The bedrooms have been artfully decorated in keeping with the Queensland climate and benefit from blackout plantation shutters. A full family bathroom is serviced by a shower and separate bath. The house has been designed and built by a local award winning building company specially to capture the welcome cooling breezes and beautiful views of the Melaleuca trees. Pool is heated to 28 degrees which in winter was a bit cool at first getting in but nice once you were in. Lovely walk down to the beach and the local area is very well maintained.
