Tucked behind swaying palms along Casuarina Drive, this two-storey apartment opens through a private gated entrance into a sunlit, breeze-filled sanctuary designed for effortless coastal living. Step inside to an open-plan living area, where you can stretch out on the generous L-shaped sofa and watch your favourite TV shows—ideal for unwinding after a long day.
The kitchen is fresh and inviting, finished in calming green tones with garden outlooks, and fully equipped with everything from a double-door fridge to an espresso machine for your morning ritual. Nearby, the round dining table for four offers the perfect nook for casual bites or a quiet coffee.
Step outside to the covered patio, where a ceiling fan, six-seater dining table, and BBQ set the tone for relaxed alfresco dining. Just beyond, the leafy backyard unfolds to a spacious sunlit lawn framed by lush palms—perfect for kicking off your shoes and soaking in the serenity of your tropical retreat.
Upstairs, three restful bedrooms offer a calming retreat, each with built-in storage, gentle styling, and peaceful leafy views. The primary suite features a queen bed and opens directly onto a private balcony with outdoor seating—perfect for soaking in the morning light. The second queen bedroom also offers a private balcony, while the third bedroom offers two single beds. The family bathroom is beautifully updated with twin vanities, textured ribbed walls, and a walk-in shower. A separate powder room on the lower level and a full laundry with washer and dryer add extra convenience for longer stays.
Stay comfortable year-round with central air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. A highchair and travel cot are available on request. On-site parking is provided for two vehicles in the driveway. Please note, the spa located near the patio is not operational and is off-limits to guests.
