Launceston Homes Away From Home are proudly offering this perfectly located Townhouse at the doorstep of some of Launceston's best Restaurants and Cafes. Walk to everywhere it the CBD. Walk to the Gorge, it is in a perfect location to enjoy all of Launceston, it is warm and cosy and so quiet being on an internal block. You can shop and relax around the city, chill out at the Princes Square across the street, take a walk through the Gorge, down to the Seaport, your choices are endless.

Neighbourhood information

This property is within a secure Townhouse complex with a locked gate access but is very quiet. Other neighbours live within the complex but each have their own access and garage. No need for a vehicle here. This property is so central you can walk to everywhere in the city. If you are travelling around to sight see out of town you will need a vehicle. Just around 100m away is local cafe's, brewery, Princes Square, Supermarkets & Restaurants in all directions but all within very short walking distance.
