The flat has an entrance hall with an open-plan living room and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals. A small balcony overlooks the residence's large saltwater swimming pool. Travellers have access to the travellers-only bedrooms and bathroom, located on the same floor as the kitchen and living room, which are completely private for their comfort and privacy. We live on the upper floor, with our own private space including our bedroom and bathroom. This allows travellers to enjoy maximum privacy and tranquillity, without ever hearing or disturbing our space.

Labrador is a peaceful and fast-developing area, ideal for enjoying the Gold Coast. Just a few minutes' walk from the Broadwater, you can stroll along the water's edge, take in the beautiful sunsets and enjoy the walking and jogging trails. The area offers an excellent choice of cafes, restaurants and famous fish & chips, as well as plenty of parks and green spaces to relax in. Nearby bus stops provide easy access to Southport, Surfers Paradise and Harbour Town. We also offer kayaks for hire, perfect for discovering the Broadwater from a different angle.
