Charolais Cottage is a family cottage on our farm near Picton. It is "off grid" (fully solar powered) and collects its own water. The cottage has a beautiful outlook over our farm and towards the Southern Highlands in the distance. It is within easy distance of Camden, Picton, Thirlmere, The Southern Highlands, Warragamba, the Burragorang Lookout and just over one hour's drive to Sydney.
The cottage is self catering but we can arrange a "Welcome Package" if you ask.
You can enjoy a peaceful break!
We are a farming family and have enjoyed renovating the cottage and sharing it with travellers.
The Wollondilly Shire is picturesque and the cottage is within ten minutes of Picton which has cafes and restaurants and in particular the George IV Inn which is fun to visit. The Thirlmere Steam Museum is a must and only ten minutes away.
