The location is on a half acre bush block 20 mins south of Mandurah foreshore. The flat is at the back of the house and it is fully self contained with its own fenced garden which is dog friendly. There is a kitchenette with a multifunction oven and a washing machine. It is fully equipped. There is a private bathroom with separate shower and bath, which is supplied with body wash and shampoo. There is a dining room with fridge freezer, a sitting room with a TV and board games also WIFI is provided. The host may need to access the shed which opens onto the garden. If a longer stay than a week, the host will need to access the washing machine in the laundry. If so the host will let the guest know and only access to the kitchenette/ laundry will be required. Continental breakfast is supplied, please let me know if you have any dietary requirements.

We are a retired couple who spend our time renovating and gardening. We have a groodle dog which we walk daily. Bob goes to a table tennis club and would be happy to give you information about it. We attend Faith City Church in Mandurah, where we are involved in the music ministry.

Dawesville is near Mandurah nestled between the ocean and the inlet. Our house is a 20-25 mins walk from both. The Cut Golf course, with a restaurant and bar is a 5 min drive away. There are shops within walking distance, including an IGA and a Coles. Take away food outlets are close by; there is a good fish and chip shop with Vietnamese food as well. The Inlet is a haven for water birds, if you are a bird watcher or photographer. The Inlet is well used by windsurfers, jet skiers, crabbers and fishermen. In the Cut channel, dolphins are usually swimming around and many people fish from the jetties. In Mandurah you can hire a houseboat, or canoes, there are also organised boat trips to take you around the many waterways. There is a cinema and a theatre and lots of restaurants and cafes. Huge wooden giants are scattered around the Mandurah area, one is a 5 min drive from us.
