Classy Spaces is a brand new property that is beautifully furnished with everything included to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Plush bedding in each bedroom, Netflix and fast broadband internet are also provided. All bedrooms are upstairs away from the downstairs living spaces, the main bedroom enjoys a private ensuite while the other two bedrooms share a good sized bathroom. Both bathrooms have double walk in size showers with rain shower heads as well as traditional selector heads. Also upstairs is a generous sized working space complete with an office desk and chair. Downstairs is also serviced by a generous size powder room complete with wash basin and large mirror. The European style laundry has inverter washing machine & dryer. A fully equipped kitchen boasts Bosch appliances and a large cooktop and generous pantry and workspace. The property has its own 2 car garage with internal access to the house, all secured with key fobs that allow for full security.

Also close by are Keysborough Golf course, and a variety of public & private primary and secondary schools. Access from Melbourne airport is via freeway and is a comfortable 45 minute drive on well made freeways. There are some Tolls. The motorway access provides significant advantages from a multitude of directions and also gives access to Chadstone Shopping Centre which is just 20 minutes away.
