An abundance of birdlife including kookaburras, rosellas and parrots and located just a short stroll to the waterfront, shops and cafes. The private mod grass tennis court, rear deck with BBQ and pizza oven and open plan living, kitchen and dining make it the ideal self-contained accommodation for your next holiday.
