Upon booking, guests are required to fill in a check in an online form and provide a copy of the matching credit card and government issued photo ID of the guest who has booked the property. The IDs provided must match the name of the guest staying at the property for security purposes. Please note that there is a 3 percent non refundable surcharge on all credit card payments when you select the pay at property option . Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
