Located on the 4th floor (via lift access), it boasts an open-plan layout with modern furnishings, a Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals at home. There is ducted aircon/heating which can effectively cool/heat the property. The 2 queen bedrooms offers comfort, storage, a ceiling fan, and natural light, while the sofa bed in the lounge can accommodate one extra guests, making the apartment ideal for couples, small families, or friends travelling together. (Must let reservations know if Sofa bed is needed and you will need to make it up yourself with sheets provided) Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink on the private balcony while taking in the stunning city and hill views. The apartment also features a laundry with washer and dryer for convenience. There is one allocated car spot included in the secure under building parking. A second car will have no issue finding street parking. Please note: Guests have to pick up keys for their accommodation from a key box in a separate location approx 4kms from the accommodation. (Details provided before check in) Guests are also required to drop keys back to this location after check out. Please keep this in mind when booking this apartment.
