There is a designated workspace, unlimited wifi, a TV with streaming connectivity and a balcony equipped with a Weber BBQ. This neatly designated home is located moments from a host of cafes and a short stroll to Elwood Beach, Elsternwick Park and the Foreshore Trail.
Located within Elwood's 'golden mile', the home is conveniently located within a short stroll (200 metres) to Ormond Road's cafes and boutiques and Elwood Beach (500 metres) and the foreshore trail, a popular track for walking and cycling that tours the Port Philip Bay Foreshore. Parking: A secure, allocated parking spot is available to guests on-site that is accessible via a fob. In addition, a parking permit will available for street parking if required. Public Transport: A multitude of bus routes are accessible within a block of the home. A one-kilometre walk via Elsternwick Park will take you to the tram, connecting you to destinations such as Melbourne's CBD, the Alfred Hospital and the Royal Botanic Gardens.
