Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a fee. You are welcome to book if children will be under adult supervision at all times, as this property is not child-proofed and does not include infant amenities (i.e. cot, high chair). Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.

BEDROOM: The bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay, you will have access to: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher - microwave - toaster We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee, and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. NOTE: Kindly open and close the dishwasher door gently to avoid damage. PARKING: The car space can accommodate one vehicle. Paid parking is also available. COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: You will have access to the building's gym and BBQ Area throughout your stay, both located on level G. The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners.
