We designed the house to have a focus on a generous, open plan social area towards the rear of the property which is also North facing. The social area consists of multiple living, and dining areas for guests to enjoy together… perfect for families and groups. The internal space then opens out onto a covered al fresco entertainer, which is our favourite spot to watch the sunsets, the diverse birdlife (look out for the Black Cockatoos), and if you’re fortunate the neighbouring kangaroos will make an appearance at dawn and dusk. You are only minutes away from everything going on in The Hunter Valley!

Peaceful residential development in Nulkaba neighbouring Pokolbin Hills. Nulkaba is a semi-rural village located at the gateway to the Hunter Valley’s famous Pokolbin District. Pokolbin is the most visited Wine tourism district in Australia. The property is only a few minutes drive from Pokolbin, Lovedale and Mount View wineries, 5 mins drive from Hunter Valley Wildlife Park, 10 mins drive to Hunter Valley Gardens. Guests can park on the driveway and there is ample free off street parking on the road in front of the property. Taxi, minicab, minibus services run daily through several operators and can be booked on the day.
