The house is a small cinder block residence with basic amenities, in a private quiet street in the little town of Coronet Bay. It is a short drive from Phillip Island but removed from the hustle and bustle of the tourist town. Set on a block of land with a small garden grass area which is fully fenced. A small deck eating area out back has a table and two chairs. It is a functional, clean family holiday house, it is not pristine or perfect. The house can sleep 8 if needed, but 4-6 is more comfortable. Bedroom one has a double bed, the other bedroom has a triple bunk, a single bed with a trundle, as well as a fold down couch in the lounge. The bathroom has a folding door for accessibility needs and a walk in shower with railings. The hot water is only a small tank so quick showers or you will need to space them out during the day. It is pet friendly, responsible pet ownership is expected (yes you may find some residual dog hair) It has all the basics, so do not expect fancy and has no internet, this was decided on purpose, so relax and wind down.

We hope you do consider to take some time out for yourselves, it’s a beautiful quiet little spot, 10 min walk to the beach, 5 min from Grantville and 15 min drive from holiday destinations of San Reno and Phillip Island. Great to go and be in the bustle of a tourist town but then be able to enjoy quiet nights and quiet beach walks. The beach is tidal and perfect for water sports, swimming, kayaking, wind surfing, boating, fishing. Bass coast is famous for its fishing, with a four bay boat ramp nearby at Corinella
