Located just 2 km from the beach and Peninsula Hot Springs, this cosy beach house is the perfect home away from home to relax why you explore all that the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. Bright and filled with natural light, it features a spacious outdoor patio with lounge and dining seating, a BBQ and fireplace, complete with treetop views.
Each of the three bedrooms is fitted with a comfortable queen bed, ample wardrobe space, and a full-length mirror, comfortably accommodating up to six guests.
Stay entertained with free Wi-Fi, a 65" smart TV, or a selection of board games. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, and all essentials for easy meal preparation. Additional amenities like air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, a bathtub, and ample parking make your stay even more comfortable and convenient.

Located in a peaceful and safe neighborhood. Walking distance to 'The Hidden Kitchen Cafe'. A 3 minute drive to The Hot Springs, Alba Thermal Springs and the front beach. Rye Shops are 3kms from the house and Rosebud Shopping Centre 5kms.
Walking distance to a couple of local coffee shops and the Tootgarook Sports Reserve on Truemans Rd.
A 2km drive to the front beach, 3.5km to the Rye and Rosebud shopping strips, and only a 3-minute drive to the Peninsula Hot Springs and Alba Thermal Springs.
