It is very close to Ettalong shops, cinema, markets, Palm Beach Ferry, restaurants and beach walking path. 900 metres to IGA and shopping centre. Full access to lounge room with DVD player, Foxtel, Netflix, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, SHARED laundry. Activities abound ie. bush walking, paddle boarding, surfing, sailing. Bus just 100 metres to Woy Woy, Umina, Gosford.

I am a widow who is still working as a Swimming Coach at a private school in Sydney. I am fond of animals have a beautiful family that I visit all over Australia. I enjoy the Outlander Series as I love to travel and love Scotland. I would be a quiet host but love a chat when appropriate. I try to take life as it comes, each day is an adventure. I make sure their checkin and checkout runs smoothly. I am available for any problems that might arise. Checkin is contactless and keys are in a locked box. I live out the back so I'm available if there are any problems.

Booker Bay is a sleepy beachside town. Great for relaxation or there are many activities if relaxation is not your thing. There is a bus a few metres around the corner which takes you to Umina or Woy Woy. The train leaves Woy Woy every 30 minutes to the city.
