Your hosts are Julie and Jason, a married couple who live locally, and their right hand woman Emma. On any given day, you’ll find Julie in the office, managing administration and overseeing that guests have a memorable trip. Jason is the photographer and maintenance hero. Their operations manager, Emma, corresponds with guests and organizes the housekeeping teams.

This two-bedroom unit is ideal for your getaway. With open plan living, meals and kitchen, two bedrooms and one bathroom, this lovely unit is only a short ten-minute drive to the Hobart CBD. This property has 2 bedrooms, one of which contains a queen bed, small desk, smart TV, and an ensuite. The other bedroom contains a king bed, that can be split into singles upon request, with a large built in wardrobe. There is a sunny open plan kitchen/living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa, smart TV, and a heat pump/aircon. The master bathroom in the property also houses the laundry facilities. There is a large deck with patio furniture and a grassed area, with panaramic views of the River Derwent and Mount Wellington mountain range. We provide freshly laundered towels and linen for each guest, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There is also provide pantry basics, tea, coffee, and some milk to get you started. Please note, to access the apartment, you will need to descend a set of stairs and walk down a gravel path. The apartment is regretfully unsuitable for wheelchair access. You may wish to consider this when booking for elderly guests too. There is a bus stop located close to the property as well as Taxi and Uber services in and around Hobart if you do not have a car.

Friendly neighbourhood with a local school over the back. A car is recommended however there is also public transport accessible.
