The neighbors here are super friendly and always happy to lend a hand if you ask—but remember to keep noise levels down, especially after 11 PM, and no parties allowed! Just a short stroll from the Cottage Point Inn, one of Sydney’s top dining spots, plus the Cottage Point Kiosk and Kur-ring-gai Motor Yacht Club, this spot is perfect to relax and create unforgettable memories. Public transport is limited to taxis and Ubers, and there are two car spaces available—any extra cars will need to be parked on the road above.
