Dunkeld House is an easy stroll into the Dunkeld township and the Royal Mail Hotel. Enjoy exploring the local area, with all of the wonderful walking tracks that the Grampians has to offer or simply sit back and relax, surrounded by the peaceful mountain views Recently renovated and offering modern conveniences in a peaceful country setting. The house has three large bedrooms, all with comfortable king size Sleep Republic mattresses, quality linen and soft furnishings. The perfect setting for a group of friends enjoying a food and wine weekend, rest up after a day of hiking or a family getaway. For the adventurous travellers, Dunkeld is the end of the new Grampians Peaks Trail - the perfect place to rest after your hiking expedition. The bathroom has both a shower and bath with a seperate toilet. The house is suitable for couples, girls/guys weekends away, hiking groups, families with children (up to 6 people) and romantic getaways. It is not appropriate for groups larger than 6 people, large family gatherings, groups under the age of 25 or for hosting parties etc.. if in doubt, feel free to contact us! PETS & WILDLIFE: Dunkeld is a natural environment with abundant wildlife on and around our property and as such we don't allow pets. You will frequently see kangaroos, possums and many bird species in the yard and surrounding paddocks. Thank you for helping us to maintain the house and also protect the local wildlife by leaving your pets at home. There are two smart doorbells at Dunkeld House along with two security cameras at the front and one at the back paddock, providing outdoor security protection for you 24/7.
