El Sandi boasts a prime location directly opposite Forster Main Beach and the popular ocean baths, offering front-row access to the natural beauty of this stunning coastal town. The famous Bicentennial Walk begins here as well—this 4km (each way) scenic trail is perfect for enjoying breathtaking views of the coastline, whale watching, and spotting the local dolphin families that often play in the surf. Within 150 metres are Beach Bums and Wingman cafés, ideal for enjoying a coffee or meal with a view. A 350 metre walk leads to Wharf Street, Forster’s main restaurant precinct, known for its relaxed lakeside dining and vibrant atmosphere. Dolphins are frequently spotted here at sunset.
