Reception hours are 09:30 to 14:30 Monday to Friday and 10:00 to 12:00 Saturday to Sunday. Check-in time is from 14:00 and self check-in information will be provided to you via text. Management are available via phone to answer any questions you may have. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that the number of guests should not exceed the maximum number of occupants stated on the booking confirmation at any given time. Guests are not permitted to bring visitors into their villa.

Please note that children cannot be accommodated at this property. The villa is for a maximum of 2 adults.

Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.

The fireplace is only available during colder months.

Please note our property has free parking for guests in a main carpark (parking is not available next to the Villas), and we have multiple sloped paths and stairs. For safety reasons, the Escarpment Retreat Accommodation & Day Spa is for abled bodied persons only, and is not suitable for children.
