Downstairs features two of the three spacious bedrooms, both fitted with ceiling fans for year round comfort. The master bedroom boasts a wall-mounted TV, walk-in robe (WIR) and direct access to a stylish semi ensuite. The laundry with a front loading washing machine and clothes dryer is also located here, with convenient access to the ensuite. Upstairs opens to a bright and modern open plan kitchen and living area, complete with reverse cycle heating and cooling. The well equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, gas cooking and a pod coffee machine. The third bedroom is located just off the lounge, also with a ceiling fan and a second bathroom is easily accessible from the dining area.
