Fuller Holidays presents Ocean House, a beautiful private retreat on the beachfront sands of Tallows Beach at Suffolk Park Byron Bay. The home is spacious, with many sitting and entertaining areas perfect for a relaxing stay. The open-plan design incorporates indoor-outdoor living overlooking the private gardens on the beach. Enjoy nature and a morning swim to start the day. There is a BBQ and outdoor dining and seating. The home has beautiful timber features throughout with water features and tropical gardens. The house is air-conditioned plus ceiling fans for extra airflow. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, the master suite, with a sitting area and kitchenette, is perfect for a private getaway and also includes a large ensuite with a bath. A further third bedroom with en-suite features. This home is prefect for a retreat and if you are looking for a secluded space to enjoy. Please note: This house is unsuitable for young children as it has water features that are not screened off. Suffolk Park has grown to a point of having its own identity and micro-culture. Situated just south of Cape Byron, Suffolk Park is a ten-minute drive from Byron Bay and has dominion over Tallow Beach which stretches 15km from Cosy Corner at the Cape south to Broken Head. Staying here you will be delighted with not only the beach but the walks through to Taylors Lake, alive with water-birds. Being flat, this area is ideal for family cycling. There is a network of paths through Suffolk Park itself and then past the high school into Byron, about 25 minutes away. Or walk along the beach to Cosy Corner under the Cape, and through the national park to Lighthouse Road and Byron Bay proper. A small shopping centre at the corner of Clifford Street and Broken Head Road services Suffolk Park with a post office, liquor store, pub, newsagent, bakery, pharmacy and a couple of restaurants and take-aways. Suffolk Park locals are protective of their environment and social amenity. It’s predominantly a residential area with no nightlife except the pub, and visitors are advised to be respectful of their right to a quiet life.

If the guest booking departure day is a Sunday, an additional cleaning charge of 50% of the standard rate, will be applied to their booking as per government wages penalty rate requirements, which will be collected direct with the agent.

The agent may enter the property at any time, with no prior notice, in the event of an emergency, repairs/maintenance and drop off household items.

If an inspection is required due to the property terms and conditions being breached or compromised, you agree to allow the agent to enter.

In the event of any renovation or building work carried out near the premises, Fuller Holidays cannot accept responsibility. There is no refund or discount on your tariff should noise occur during your stay. Guests cannot be relocated.

If the guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, guest shall be subject to eviction and forfeit the security bond.

All pets require pre-authorisation by the agent, the guest must contact Fuller Holidays office to obtain approval. A pet fee of $33/per night is payable. A request can be placed for a maximum of 2 pets. They must not shed hair and not cause a nuisance through barking. Pets must be supervised at all times. An additional pet bond of $1000 is applicable. Unless otherwise advised in writing, pets are not allowed in or on holiday premises and grounds at any time.

If a staff member is called out outside the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm Mon-Fri, (for example a noise complaint, loss of keys or lockout), a $300 callout fee will be incurred by the Licensee which is payable before the end of the tenancy. Callouts between the hours of 10:00pm and 7:00am will incur a $500 fee.

All schoolies bookings must advise in writing to Fuller Holidays the intention of your stay and the total number of guests. Your property strictly forbids parties and gatherings, please note failure to comply will result in loss of bond and immediate termination. A separate Schoolies Terms and Conditions including all guests ID and parents ID and contact information must be provided to confirm the booking in full. A $3000-$5000 bond is applicable.
