This miner's cottage is a piece of history in Geelong. Being over 100 years old, this cottage is full of character with a modern twist. Exposed original beams, high ceilings, rear deck, landscaped front and rear yard, freshly painted and carpeted, beautiful furnishings and plantation shutters are only a few amazing features of the cottage. The house has recently been refurnished with brand new luxurious beds, crisp linen, deluxe towels, couch, cutlery and glassware. Almost everything in the property is brand new. The house has many pieces of art to make your stay more enjoyable. We also have a selection of pieces by local artist Matthew Campisi, which is on consignment at the cottage.
I am a mid-20's male who lives in the great city of Geelong. I love to share my home with anyone who is looking for a great place to stay when they are visiting Geelong.
Geelong West is a suburb that grew from a working class collection of weatherboard dwellings and ale houses into the cosmopolitan pocket of Geelong. With it's mix of delicatessens, ethnic restaurants and boutique shops, people come from far and wide to visit Pakington Street, the hub of our neighbourhood.
