Our newly renovated, 5 bedroom beachside home is very comfortable, has an industrial style along with all the mod cons. A large timber deck which lines the side of the house is great for morning breakfast or a laid back lunch. And over looks the large lap pool. The upstairs main bedroom 'Parents retreat' has a large open plan ensuite and is a great place to escape. First bedroom downstairs has a double bed, second bedroom has a double bed and third bedroom has a single bed, and fourth bedroom has single bunk beds. There is a second bathroom downstairs. Spacious kitchen contains gas cook top, oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. Laundry contains a washing machine and clothesline. House is north facing so the afternoon sun shines through warming the lounge in winter. Located in a small beach community with great local cafe's, takeaway and newsagency a walk away. Beautiful quiet Marcoola beach only a 5 minute walk from the house. Marcoola is a 10 min drive from Sunshine Coast airport, 25min drive from Noosa, 15min drive from Maroochydore, 1hr drive from Brisbane.
Hi, We are a married couple with three beautiful children and a cheeky frenchie who love to travel and experience this gorgeous world we live in. We own a successful plumbing business as well as three Airbnb's. Our passion is renovating which has come to life over the last few years with the extension to our beachside home, renovating our 1970's beach shack and newly restoring a 120 year old Queenslander and quaint cabin on a dam.
The house is located in a small beach community with great local cafe's, takeaway and newsagency a walk away. Friday night food market is just down the road. Beautiful quiet Marcoola beach only a 5 minute walk from the house. Marcoola is a 10 min drive from Sunshine Coast airport, 25min drive from Noosa, 15min drive from Maroochydore, 1hr drive from Brisbane. There is a regular bus service running north to Coolum or Noosa & south to Maroochydore or Mooloolaba. The bus shleter is at the start of our street. A car is an advantage though as the Sunshine Coast is spread about 40 klm from south to north so to take it all in a car is recommended. There are car hire shops at the Sunshine Coast airport which is a 5 minute drive away..
