Its major industry is tourism, mining and agriculture. Stawell is the home of the famous "Stawell Gift". Award winning wineries in the Great Western are a 20 minute drive where you will find Pyrenees Winery. Stawell is handy to the amazing silo arts trail, that makes a great day outing. Grampians National Park is one of Victoria's most iconic holiday destinations, attracting one million tourist per year. Stawell is the closest town to the Grampians Park approximately 20 mins drive. Its an ideal place to explore the natural attractions.
