Sprawled across 3 spacious levels, this brand-new villa is perched on top of Kingscliff Hill, offering stunning ocean views, and is thoughtfully equipped to make your holiday stress-free and memorable. The glistening sands of Kingscliff Beach and popular Cudgen Creek are just a hop, skip and jump away, along with fantastic eateries, boutiques and shops. You’ll never run out of things to see and do! Sleeping up to eight people, Grandview’s floor plan affords the flexibility to all gather together, or to spread out for quiet time when needed. The duplex features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a heated inground plunge pool. Also on site is a BBQ and dining area for those warm summer nights spent on the deck, taking in the view. Ducted air-conditioning throughout and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Included is a complete laundry with washer and dryer, a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need to make cooking a breeze, plus FREE Netflix and wifi. The wifi is arguably the best in the region, powered by Elon Musk’s Starlink. This is truly a property that you will love and never want your holiday to end!

Please be aware the property is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood with neighbours close by. Parties and excessive noise are not allowed.
