Welcome to this private granny flat featuring.
Here is some information.
The unit contains 1 bedroom with a queen bed, walk-in wardrobe, and bathroom.
A single bed is in the living area, with a kitchen, dining table, and couch.
House rules:
- no smoking/vaping inside
- turn off all lights and electrical
appliances when leaving and upon checkout
- no parties
- do not park in the garage or in front of the garage door
- close blinds in living area facing neighbours due to privacy
- any pets will incur an extra flat rate fee
- return the key to the lockbox when checking out scramble the numbers and lock the box again
- avoid leaving cooling or heating on all day or all night due to energy saving
Please note we have an 11-year-old border collie, Milo. He is outside sometimes and is friendly. However, let us know if you do not like dogs. If you need anything let me know anytime
Please leave outside lights off at night because of our neighbors
