Haven House is a spacious and modern one bedroom apartment located at the rivers edge of the Tamar River and just a 20 min drive from Launceston.
Walk a few steps to your own private jetty on the tranquil Tamar River. Light the fire pot and sit beneath the mature Norfolk pine with a glass of wine, watching the sun set over the water.
Enjoy the privacy of your own separate apartment, however, I live upstairs with my partner Kellie and two boys, and am available by phone, if needed.
Located on the Tamar Valley Wine Route and close to many wineries, cellar doors and the Rosevears Hotel is only 600m north of haven House. There is a bakery for day snacks and great meals in the Pub ( it is very family friendly.
10 mins drive to supermarket at Legana
Exeter is 10 minutes north which has 2 x IGA’s.
20 mins drive to Launceston
30 mins to Greens Beach
You will require a car to get around, free parking is available onsite.
