For 1-Bedroom Bookings: If you have booked a 1-bedroom accommodation and wish to use the sofa bed for separate sleeping arrangements, there is an additional fee of $39 per person for the sofa bed setup.

For 2-Bedroom Bookings with 4 Guests: If you have booked a 2-bedroom accommodation for 4 guests and opt to use the sofa bed for separate sleeping arrangements, the cost is $39 per person, per night, for setting up the sofa bed.

For 3-Bedroom Bookings with 6 Guests: If you have booked a 3-bedroom accommodation for 6 guests and prefer separate sleeping arrangements using the sofa bed, the fee is $39 per person, per night, for the sofa bed setup.

These fees are to cover the additional resources and arrangements needed to ensure your comfort with these tailored sleeping options.

A damage deposit of AUD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
