Historic house built 1932, fully renovated into two modern apartments 2017. Both apartment offers two large bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen) which can accommodate two couples or a couple and two singles. The apartment includes two large ensuite bathrooms, one with a bath, washing & drying facilities, fully equipped kitchen and spacious lounge & dinning area. Moments walk to the iconic Salamanca market and historic Hobart's water front. Public bus service are 50m away.
