    Location, 5 mins from Bowral centre yet you felt like you were in a unique mountain top bush re-treat. It was peaceful and relaxing. The kitchen, bathrooms and living areas were well appointed with plenty of room.

    The house was as photographed, fantastic kitchen and living space. Heating was good, as was the fire place. The ensuite bathroom was lovely. Location was close to town and surrounding nature was beautiful.

HOUSE RULES -Check-in: after 3:00 pm | Checkout: by 10:00 am -No smoking, pets, parties, or events In line with the Short Term Rental Accommodation (STRA) Legislation (NSW 2020), guests must follow these rules. -Please inform us of any extra guests or day visitors for safety and insurance purposes. -In compliance with applicable legislation, we are required to enter a Short Term Rental Agreement with Guests upon booking. We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Authority form to hold as a form of security for your stay. -Maximum overnight guests: 6. Day visitors: up to 3 extra people (total max 9 on the property at any time). Written approval is required for any visitors beyond booked guests. -No smoking—evidence of smoking may incur a 500 AUD fine. -Respect our neighbours—no loitering outside or in shared areas, and please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 9 pm. -This is a strict no-party home. Breach of house rules may result in eviction without refund. -Late check-outs or early check-ins must be requested in advance and may incur a fee. -Date changes are only possible if your check-in is more than a month away and are subject to approval and possible surcharges. -This property is suitable for babies or children and we have a highchair and travel cot, however, we do not supply the linen. Please BYO. The travel cot is in the bedroom wardrobe for you to set up when needed. -Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
 -We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
