The house itself has a lovely vibe and is relaxing to spend time in both inside and outside the house. There is a fabulous view of the mountains out the back. It is a great spot to sit and watch the sunset with some wine and cheese. Or if you are an early riser you can sometimes see the hot air balloons in the Hunter Valley from the back balcony. A nice start to the day with a hot cuppa.
The Hunter Valley is a favourite destination as it is beautiful, relaxing, has amazing wineries and is close to Sydney so makes for a quick getaway on the weekend.
Am a big fan of staying somewhere that has all the mod cons, is easy to get to, within walking distance to cafes, bars and restaurants and is a peaceful and relaxing space.
The neighborhood is friendly and quiet. It is a short walk into town to cafes, restaurants and pubs. Or if you want to stay in and cook for your self there are two supermarkets close by.
