Situated in the popular Tasman building, is this beautiful modern renovated 3 bedroom unit.  Perfectly located only two blocks from the town centre, easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, cafes, Break Wall and Town Beach.   The unit features a large open living, dining area with large balcony with break wall and water views.   Cook up a storm in the modern fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and large fridge and lots of bench space.   There is a king sized bed in the main bedroom with ensuite and ceiling fan, a queen sized bed in the second bedroom with ceiling fan and two single beds in the 3rd bedroom with ceiling fan. The main bathroom has a large shower and bathtub and for your convenience there is a laundry with washer and dryer. The complex also offers a pool, security parking for 1 car and a lift.  Bedding: King sized bed in the main bedroom, queen in the 2nd and a two single beds in the 3rd bedroom. All linen included. This property does not allow pets, parties or smoking. Please note all card payments will incur an additional 2% surcharge.
