LINEN NOT PROVIDED - Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. A Deposit is required at time of booking. There is a One Hundred refundable bond that will be added to your booking when office staff process it. This will be refunded 7-10 Business days after departure, if there are no damages/problems. Bond may increase during peak season. HOLIDAY RETREAT is a comfortable 2 bedroom holiday unit that accommodates up to 4 guests, only 1 street back from the front beach and around a 10 minute stroll to the main street. Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, free standing electric stove, dining, living area with television, reverse cycle air-conditioner. Bathroom with shower, vanity and w/c also a front loader washing machine. Small rear yard with outdoor setting, no BBQ. Fish cleaning facility (shared), plenty of room for cars and boat. Bed configuration - bed 1 - double, bed 2 - 2 x king single beds. Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring all your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. No smoking inside. No pets - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond A One Hundred refundable bond will be added to your booking and refunded back to you within 7 to 10 business days of departure providing there are no damages/problems.
