Welcome to our property we are hoping you can call your getaway home. Perched on an elevated hill with unobstructed views of the valley and mountainous horizon, this is the perfect setting to kick back, relax and enjoy the sunset. The previous home has been transformed into an expanded living area with tons of natural light, a large primary bedroom with ensuite, and two secondary bedrooms. An entertainment balcony connects your living space to the spectacular view.
The living space is upstairs. When you pull up on the driveway, please enter the main entrance via the stairs. The downstairs area is partially locked off for storage.
Quiet suburban neighbourhood within close proximity to the motorway and nearby shopping hubs of Springwood, Underwood and Daisy Hill.
