House at No. 10 is a house located in the heart of Ballarat. The house was built in 1905 and includes a later open plan addition on the rear of the building. The house has high ceilings and timber floors and a rear courtyard garden.
The location of the house puts the Ballarat CBD within walking distance. Shops, restaurants, bars and the art museum are all situated about 500 meters from the house. The Ballarat Base and St John of God Hospitals are a short walk away. Lake Wendouree is 1.5km from the house. Sovereign Hill is located 2.5km from the house.
