The entertaining area is the most magnificent space perfect to enjoy family dinners or to sit and relax taking in the amazing outlook, watching the boats pass by. A huge, covered area that has large sliding doors allowing you to enjoy the cool breeze, with a large comfy outdoor dining table and chairs. The area flows effortlessly off an open plan formal dining and living area. The lounge room has large corner lounge, and a number of scattered bean bags, with a large Smart Tv and DVD. The kitchen has been completely renovated offering a large island bench and high-quality appliances which include a steam oven, induction cooktop, double dishwasher and all the essentials needed to make that Sunday lunch or special dinner. The kitchen area is a wonderful space to sit and enjoy with a practical table and chairs and breakfast bar. There is a large office area, that also doubles as agames area with a table tennis table. Outside the back door you will find a BBQ and the entrance to the publis bush land reserve area with a mass of walking tracks Downstairs you will find a wonderful seperate studio an ideal space for those who want to escape the family or in laws. Five-minute drive from the property is a Woolworths Supermarket at the Shoreline Shopping Centre and Hotel, . Eastland’s Shopping Centre is the largest Shopping Centre in Tasmania with over 90 stores is only 10-minute drive away. Walk down (1 km) to the waterfront to the walking track , explore foreshore walking tracks and playgrounds with plenty of rocky water pools to explore. There is a great kids park on the way to the waterfront, any many more play parks dotted around the suburb. A great kids beach is just 3 minutes drive away at Howrah Beach by the Sunshine Tennis Courts.
