Il Palazzo Holiday Apartments is currently UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT - we are friendly, family-run & right in the city centre. If you are looking for “Location”, you can’t get better than this! We are surrounded by great coffee shops and restaurants to suit all budgets, or if you prefer to eat in, the apartments have fully stocked kitchens with stovetop and microwave oven, and Woolworths Supermarket is just down the road. If you fancy a day of Shopping, Cairns Central Shopping Centre is an easy 15-minute stroll away, and if you’re staying over the weekend, pop into Rusty’s Market for beautifully fresh fruit and veg from the Atherton Tablelands. If you feel like a day at the Beach or Botanical Gardens, you can hop on the bus close to the hotel. Whilst the location is second to none, it’s not the only reason our guests keep coming back! We have a small team of friendly staff who are happy to assist with your itinerary, tour bookings. We are here to help you get the best from your holiday experience. We offer an after-hours self-check-in service we are not open 24 hours and all non-emergency requests should be raised during opening hours. We are pleased to offer three room types to suit your budget. Our 3-star STANDARD ONE BEDROOM SELF CATERED APARTMENTS Suitable for short or long stays for both couples and families. Our standard apartments have everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. Please note we do not have daily servicing however Woolworths is a 2 min walk away and if you stay 5 days or more you will receive mid stay service. Deluxe 4-star ONE BEDROOM SELF CATERED APARTMENTS have the same layout as the standard however they have been renovated. Upgrade to our 5-star ONE BEDROOM PALAZZO SUITES serviced. Suitable for a couple or small family our well-appointed Palazzo Suites are sure to impress with European appliances and all the luxury comforts. Our reception opening hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays 9am - 12pm We offer after-hours check-in please advise us if you are arriving outside of these times so we may send you are after-hours procedures. Car parking must be reserved at the time of booking. WIFI is not guaranteed, and you may need to use your own data. Credit Card fees apply to all bookings.

Please take note of the cancelation policy in confirmed Covid lock downs and not boarder closures we will offer a credit for 12 months.

If you are affected by a Covid lockdown impacting travel to Cairns in, you will be eligible for a credit voucher 12 months for the full value of your booking. There may also be a price difference that may need to be paid

Non-refundable - if you opt for a this cheaper tariff there is no refund however a credit note will be offered for a Covid Lock down and not a boarder closure.

Standard policy - 5 days prior from 2pm of the day of arrival. If a confirmed Covid lockdown has occurred and not a boarder closure we will offer a credit.
