The view speaks for itself! Wrap-around balconies, featuring uninterrupted views of the ocean, and all the way back to the Hinterland. This is a newly renovated apartment with brand new modern furnishings. Featuring a 70 inch flat-screen television, King size bed in the Master, and inside and out dining options. Our guests will also have full access to the inside and outside pools, spa and sauna.
My family resides in Melbourne, and we have been travelling to the Gold Coast for many years. We love the Gold Coast lifestyle, with so many different activities on offer. Disclaimer: There may be times during your stay, where unexpected issues arise. Such as emergency building works, pool closure, lift breakdown or noise from neighbouring building sites. We apologise if this does impact your stay. We will endeavour to provide you with as much notice in advance, if we are aware of any issues. We would ask that you please respect others, if you are inconvenienced. We will do our best to make sure your stay with us is enjoyable. Please be advised that a bond will need to be paid by bank transfer for any bookings during Schoolies.
This apartment is located right on the beach. Ocean view for days! Only a short 5 minute walk to the vibrant Cavill Avenue, and with a stop for the Gold Coast Light Rail, right outside the door. Seaworld Resort is a 5-10 minute drive, and only 45 minutes to the other popular theme parks.
