To ensure a great stay for everyone—including our neighbours—we kindly ask that you follow these house rules: House Rules • Respect Noise Levels: Please keep noise to a reasonable level at all times. No loud music or disruptive behaviour—sound travels easily across the water. • Guests Only: For security and insurance reasons, only the guests listed in the booking are permitted on the property. Strictly no parties, events or large gatherings – this is a peaceful residential neighbourhood. Additional unapproved guests/visitors will incur a fee • No Smoking or Drugs: Strictly no smoking or drug use inside the house. Smoking is permitted away from the furniture in the outdoor areas only. • Departure: Please follow departure check list when vacating • Clean & Tidy: Please leave the property in a similar condition to how you found it. • Secure the Property: Ensure all doors and windows are closed and locked when coming and going from the house. Keys are not to be left unattended/unsecure outside of the house at anytime. • Lost Keys: Lost keys will incur a replacement fee of eight hundred and fifty dollars and three hundred dollars will be charged for lost remote.
