Arriving at the property, you’ll be captivated by its picket fence, flowering garden, and idyllic front porch, perfect for enjoying some fresh air. The living and dining area is open plan and flows to the back garden, creating a lovely transition between indoors and out. Prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen or make use of the BBQ and Mudgee’s delicious fresh produce. In the evening, relax in the outdoor lounge with your favourite book or gather around the fire pit for a cosy night under the stars. There is also a shared backyard where you can enjoy additional outdoor seating and perhaps even meet some friendly neighbours. Air-conditioning and heating keep things comfortable no matter what time of year you are travelling. Both bedrooms encourage a good night’s sleep. The first bedroom has a beautiful outlook over the garden and is set with a queen-sized bed, side tables and reading lights. The second bedroom also features a plush queen-sized bed. Both boast immaculately presented ensuite bathrooms, stocked with complimentary boutique toiletries for your stay. A euro-style laundry adds to your everyday convenience with a washing machine and dryer. Family amenities including a travel cot and highchair are available on request. Firewood packs can only supplied to guests from April to September. Please note, firewood can be pre-order and purchased at an additional cost. Please let us know at the time of booking if you wish to arrange for firewood to be provided.
