A great family beach house, located on Beach Drive, right opposite the first beach access track to Killcare Beach. This property has been a holiday destination for decades, recently renovated and now available for guests to enjoy. Relax on deck with views of the beach, enjoy an afternoon stroll along the beach or marvel at the bush views at the rear of the property while cooking up a BBQ. Park the car in the double carport and relax! Walk across the road to the beach, a short stroll to the Killcare surf club and kiosk, numerous bush walking tracks or into the village precinct of Hardys Bay with its cute cafes, general store and restaurants. Thoughtfully furnished for your beach holiday, this property has everything you require for a relaxing get away with friends and family; Features include: Expansive front and rear decks with bush and beach views. Parties and events are not permitted at this property. Failure to comply will result in your booking being cancelled without refund. As such you will be required to leave the property, regardless of time of day/night.

Please keep noise to a minimum between 9pm and 8am. Please be mindful of your neighbours when using outdoor entertaining areas and pools. No amplified noise allowed at any time.
