Come home to a charming single-storey retreat with a classic picket fence and peaceful, pet-friendly garden. The entrance opens into a bright and inviting living area, where plush seating, a smart TV, and a collection of board games create a perfect setting to relax or enjoy a movie night. A reverse-cycle air conditioner ensures year-round comfort. Adjoining the lounge, the dining area features a coastal-inspired setting with a wooden table seating four, perfect for shared meals or game marathons. The adjoining kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs, complete with a coffee machine, toaster, oven, and ample bench space. Outside, the undercover patio area is fully fenced and private, with a six-seater outdoor dining setting and large gas BBQ, perfect for relaxed evenings. The bedrooms offer restful spaces with soft lighting and large windows. One features a queen bed with side tables and built-in storage, while the second is ideal for kids or friends with a tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top). The bathroom includes a vanity, shower, and separate toilet for added convenience. The laundry room is well-equipped with a washing machine, sink, and storage – ideal for longer stays. Off-street parking is easy and accessible just out front, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout. An AUD 94 fee applies to guests bringing pets.

Just 250 metres across the road is the local IGA – ideal for grabbing snacks or stocking up on your favourite holiday treats. A ten-minute (900 metre) walk takes you to the Esplanade and the famous horse-drawn tram to Granite Island, where you'll find cafés, bakeries, boutiques, pubs, and plenty of sightseeing along the way. Explore coastal trails or hire a bike and head towards the Bluff for stunning views of the Fleurieu Peninsula. The Inman River walking paths are also nearby and great for relaxed strolls with your pup. For fitness lovers, a 24-hour Anytime Fitness gym is located directly across the road from the cottage, making it easy to keep up your routine even while away.
