Unique accommodation, central but hidden away, 300m to the beach and town centre. The aim is to provide a welcoming home away from home. 3 private double rooms and a 4 single bunk share two bathrooms and showers, a large open kitchen and huge deck space. Super fast WiFi for the work from home crowd, a great surround sound system for music, hammocks and beans bags with board games and books a plenty. The gardens surround the house with a veggie patch and chicken coop. A barefoot walk to everything, 300 meters to the beach, and Betty the house dog (staffy) will show you all the short cuts. During your stay, become a local. Help yourself to the veggies, eggs, herbs, coffee's & teas and whatever is available in the pantry. If you take you should give back in some way. We have surfboards and push bikes for hire, we know all the tops spots and when to hit them, just ask ! The rooms all have ceiling fans, and the sea-breeze is constant. The beds have bamboo mattresses, light cotton sheets and heaps of pillows! We provide a blanket and doona plus seperate bath and beach towels. An Eco-House. Plant based cleaning & washing products, solar power, filtered rainwater and a recycling plan
James (35) is the main host in the house and has been in and out of Agnes Water for 11+ years. James organises daily cleaners, greets guests on arrival and maintains the gardens and property features. Its can be a lot of work depending on the season and we are always thankful to guests who enjoy getting involved in the garden projects. Happy to host tours around the region or point in the right direction for top fishing spots Cedric - I am swiss/french/australian nationality, born in geneva, move to australia 17 years ago and settle in this beautiful town of agnes water 12 years ago. I am a graphic artist that became photographer, and then videographer and kitesurf school owner as well as kitesurf guide and instructor.
super central house as it only takes 300m to the beach and to the town centre ... can really do everything by foot. We are placed just behind a bar/restaurant (Drift & Wood) which is quite convenient, on-tap Thirsty Turtle beer from Bagara is a favourite! There are a lot of places and beaches to discover here ... just ask and we will provide you with the best information. Surfing is one of our best attraction as it is easy here and gentle on your body ... we do hire boards as well as recommending you the best surf schools ... just ask about any other activities !
