Kitesurfer is located on the Gerroa Headland, at the northern end of Seven Mile Beach. There are amazing views of the beach and the surf. It is a three minute drive to the beach, or a 15 minute walk. This spacious and airy home makes for a great family getaway. Enjoy spending time together on the large deck with views of the beach. How is the property laid out? Kitesurfer is a split level home. When you enter through the front door you walk up a small flight of stairs and you find yourself in the living area. On this level you also have the kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom with two king singles. The upper level has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and the main bathroom with separate bath and walk in shower. The combined bathroom and laundry are accessed through the garage.

The South Coast of NSW stretches from around Wollongong to Bega, on the border with Victoria. More accessible to Sydney is the stretch of coastline from Minnamurra to Gerroa, and including the beautiful inland town of Berry. This is all within an easy 2 hour drive of Sydney. Minnamurra, Bombo and Kiama offer beautiful beaches and waterways, the famous Kiama Blowhole (and harbour), and Kiama itself is a bustling town with patrolled surf beaches, great cafes and restaurants. Gerringong and Gerroa are also beautiful coastal villages with great beaches, spectacular views and plenty on offer, including surf beaches, iconic ocean pools, coastal walks and golf courses. The nearby inland town of Berry is a foodie's paradise and is blessed with beautiful green pastures, sumptuous country retreats, and a stunning escarpment that fringes this whole stretch of coastline.
