Kookaburra Cottage is a charming freestanding heritage listed original shop, converted to a stylish modern space with soaring cathedral ceilings and timber paneling. This is our budget friendly option, however, if you do want a wood fire or spa please choose one of our other cottages. Includes full breakfast provisions for you to cook yourself. The cottage sits virtually across the road from the Gembrook Puffing Billy Station and walking distance from local restaurants, cafes and shops.

Located in the heart of the Dandenong Ranges, The Gembrook Cottages offers three self contained cottages. Featuring traditional four poster beds, warm fireplaces and timber cathedral ceiling throughout. Your hosts are local to the area and will strive to ensure you have a relaxing stay.

We highly recommend you drive to the cottages. Whilst there is a public bus service it has limited availability and destinations. A car park is located directly beside the cottage and is shared by all 3 cottages on the property. A single car space is designated for each cottage.
