Langleys is a rural lifestyle property only 5 minutes drive to the beach, shops and restaurants of Port Campbell. Surrounded by working farmland, Langleys offers a spacious, bright, clean studio, with queen bed, ensuite, kitchenette (microwave, kettle, toaster. It does not have full cooking facilities), lounge, wifi and small continental breakfast (tea, instant coffee, cereal, bread and toast toppings, juice, milk). It’s an ideal place to get away from the crowds and relax after exploring the attractions of the Great Ocean Rd including the Twelve Apostles. Spot the chickens and ducks as they free range throughout the day. USB charging points are located by the queen size bed. House Rules: - No Smoking - Ensure lights and air-conditioning/heating are turned off when not in the studio - Ensure all dishes are washed prior to departure.

Langleys is our family home/property that we are pleased to share with you. It is not a hotel and there are no staff. Communication prior to your stay is via booking dot com messaging. Please ensure you check your account/email for important information prior to your stay. The guesthouse is separate from the main house where we live and we respect your privacy once you've retired to the guesthouse. As we go about our daily activities around the property we will stop and say hello if our paths cross. Depending on our movements and yours during your stay we may not necessarily meet. Langleys is close to all the local attractions. The world famous Twelve Apostles are 12 kilometres away. Also nearby are Gibson Steps, Loch Ard Gorge, London Bridge, The Grotto and Bay of Martyrs. Locals and visitors enjoy the seaside town of Port Campbell including the sheltered beach, fishing from the pier, the coastal walks, shops and restaurants. 5 minutes away is the coastal town of Peterborough with riverside swimming and coastal golf course. A 15 minute drive takes you to Timboon with cafes, shops, the Timboon Distillery, Timboon Ice Creamery and strawberry farm. Join the locals on Saturday mornings for the Timboon Parkrun on the Rail Trail. Drive the 12 Apostles Gourmet Food Trail and sample locally made cheese, whisky, beer, ice cream, chocolate, strawberries and fudge.
