This huge spacious and colourful Moffat Beach home is tucked away on a quiet street, only 6 minutes walk to the Beach, with a bonus park & playground right outside your front door! It’s extra family friendly with toys & games, outdoor pool for the kids & lots of dining, entertaining & lounge spaces for everyone to relax & enjoy (+ zoned ducted AC). With 4 bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs, the house sleeps 10 people all up. Get your family holiday on!
Bedroom layout
There are 5 bedrooms;
1 Master bedroom with King bed
2 bedrooms each with x 2 singles,
2 bedroom with a Queen bed
3 bathrooms (2 as ensuite), + one extra toilet located in the laundry area.
All linen & towels provided.
Master bedroom:
A plush King size bed, walk-in wardrobe as well as private en-suite with walk in shower. Zoned ducted AC
Bedroom 2:
2 x Single Beds, built-in wardrobe. Zoned ducted AC
Bedroom 3:
1 x Single & 1 King single bed , built-in wardrobe. Zoned ducted AC
Bedroom 4:
A plush Queen sized bed with built-in wardrobe, a small flat screen TV. Zoned ducted AC

- Help yourself to a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with 90cm oven, gas cooktop, fridge, dishwasher & slow cooker (great for quick easy dinners after a long day at the beach!)
- The kitchen offers a coffee plunger, coffee & specialty tea
(Specialty coffee at one of our favourite cafes One Block Back only 400m/5 min walk)
- 4 breakfast bar stools, plus a large timber dining table with seating for x6

The house is 1km walk to Moffat Beach & about 500m to shops & cafes. Moffat Beach in Caloundra has a distinct vibe that differentiates it from its more famous neighbours like Kings Beach & Dicky Beach. While Moffat isn’t a patrolled beach & you’ll need to be wary of the waves, the sandy inlet of Tooway Creek offers family-friendly swimming. Dicky beach is an easy stroll across the sand for patrolled swimming between the flags.
There is also a hospital, shopping centre, library, cinema & skateparks within a short driving distance.
