Two self contained one bedroom studios complete with full bathrooms and tea and coffee making facilities. There is a shed on the property which functions as a shared living space with a fireplace. There is also a shared outdoor dining area with a long table and chairs that seats 10. The block is 1400m2. There are many mature trees, native plants, edible plants and lawn areas on the property to explore and enjoy. Please note that the property is close to a train line and you can hear the trains. Also note that the one bedroom studios are not suitable for long term stays. There are limited facilities in the studios i.e. no kitchen sink, wardrobe etc.
We are a young couple with 2 small kids. We are both winemakers in Bendigo region.
The property is super close to the CBD. An 8 minute walk from the Bendigo train station and 4 minute walk to Woodhouse restaurant. The nearest cafe is the Old Green Bean which is a 7 minute walk. There is a great pub nearby called the Belmont which is a 9 minute walk from the property
